A dual or four-handed enogastronomic experience
The experience is truly orchestrated by two people - on the one hand, thanks to Chef Ricardo Costa’s expert and imaginative cuisine, with its menu full of traditional Portuguese flavours combining heritage and contemporary flair, and where fish from Portugal’s coast and other fresh, local produce are more than deserving of their place on the Menu.
On the other hand, where the dishes are complemented by the excellent and comprehensive choice of Portuguese wines and a selection of international wines, fruit of the immense know-how of the Hotel and Restaurant’s Wine Director since 2021, Elisabete Fernandes, who has been part of The Yeatman Hotel’s wine team since opening and whose knowledge and passion are evident from the complexity of the wine list, ensuring a harmonious pairing and an overall exquisite experience.
A Menu renewed each year
Every year, Chef Ricardo Costa works on a new Menu for The Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant, awarded with its first Michelin Star in 2011 and its second in 2017 and renewed annually since then - where you can enjoy the tasting menu entitled "An Evolution of Aromas".
International Recognition
It is notable that in addition to the two Michelin Stars, The Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant, under the leadership of Chef Ricardo Costa, has been recognised with various awards and distinctions:
